We are sharing all our resources for free!

August 3, 2026

Communication Inclusion People has worked to create communication equity through universal adoption of inclusive communication good practice since 2021.

Our brilliant co-production team of professional and lived experience experts have achieved a lot together.

We have worked with fantastic customers and partners across all sectors. We have reached Scottish Government, local government, organisations involved in housing, planning, community engagement, climate change, health, social care, enterprise, employability, research, foodbanks, and universities. This year we led the project to update national good practice standards and support for every public service in Scotland. See theScottish Government’s Foundation Inclusive Communication Toolkit.

Changing what we are

We have decided to cease working as a Community Interest Company from August 31st, 2026. Kim and most of the team will continue as independent consultants instead.

Inclusive communication resources available free to download.

We are sharing all the practical materials we have produced over the years so that others can carry on our mission.

What next?

Kim, and most of the current team, will continue to work as inclusive communication consultants.
